Laser Doppler vibrometry

Laser Doppler vibrometers enable non-contact and non-reactive vibration measurement and visualisation. They are particularly suitable for the analysis of vibration processes where conventional methods reach their limits.

Laser vibrometry makes it possible to measure very high-frequency vibrations or vibrations with small amplitudes.

By scanning the surface of a vibrating object, vibration measurements with high resolution at many surface points are possible.
