Combined vibration test

Vibration test under defined climatic conditions from -70 °C to 180 °C.

Components change their mechanical properties through static and dynamic continuous loading. Vibration tests can be performed with the load types sine, noise and shock according to test standard or your individual specifications with practical relevance. You have the possibility to expose your components to certain environmental conditions and to perform transport simulations or life cycle tests. For the design and manufacture of functional fixation units we have a 3D CAD workstation, various additive manufacturing processes and a 5-axis milling machine. Components can be fixed using a head expander (600 mm x 600 mm) or a space cube (300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm) for simultaneous testing in three spatial directions.

Fields of application

Temperature and humidity influence the vibration behavior of components and component groups. To provide evidence of the resistance of your products to all naturally occurring changes in temperature and humidity, climate change tests are suitable.

Sinusoidal vibration, noise and shock tests with simultaneous control of temperature and humidity can add considerable value to the quality assurance of your products. We would be pleased to provide you with professional support.
