Welcome to the TITK Group!

At the start of the new training year, three trainee chemical laboratory assistants are ceremoniously welcomed by institute director Benjamin Redlingshöfer. Next year, the companies of the TITK Group have another five apprenticeships on offer.

There was a warm welcome for three new apprentices at TITK on Thursday. Jolina Stolz, Eileen Linke and Johan Maruschke are looking forward to learning the profession of chemical laboratory assistant at the Rudolstadt research institute over the next three and a half years.

The three young people started this new phase of their lives on August 21 - initially at TITK's trainee partner ASG Sachsen in Nünchritz. Now they are completing their first days at the on-site training company.

Johan Maruschke (17) comes from Jena and had applied to several employers. TITK was by far the friendliest company he had an interview with, he revealed in the small welcoming round with Benjamin Redlingshöfer and the trainers Diana Wolf, Dr. Jens Schaller and Dr. Lars Blankenburg. Jolina Stolz (16) from Teichweiden wanted to stay in the region, found out about the job of a chemical laboratory technician in the traditional way and then applied to TITK. Eileen Linke (18) from Döschnitz came across this specialty through a friend. The TITK was then recommended to her by her former chemistry teacher from Oberweißbach.

Of course, the managing director is happy to hear this: "If you want to help shape the future, you're in exactly the right place here and can take your destiny into your own hands," he spurred the young people on. "After completing your apprenticeship, you can always go on to graduate from high school and go to university, or graduate as a technician or train as a master craftsman. With us, all doors are open to you there." Only recently, a young employee had taken up a dual course of study after successfully completing her training and being taken on in a permanent position. The TITK Group currently has a total of 14 trainees - including two BA students.

The next opportunity for an apprenticeship in business-related research will be next year. There will then again be two apprenticeships available for chemical laboratory assistants, as well as one apprenticeship each for the professions of chemical technician, textile laboratory assistant and process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology. Applications are now open at personaltitkde. We will also be happy to answer any questions about vocational training in the TITK Group or other vacancies at this e-mail address.
