Thermally conductive plastics

Plastics are put to the limit of their thermal stress resistance capabilities in many application fields. In such situations, either plastics with better heat resistance properties need to be developed or concepts for removing heat pursued. Thermally conductive plastics offer the ideal solution here.
Research and development activities in this field focus on composites with micro and nanoscale fillers such as boron nitrides and carbon nanotubes.
